What is Hackhaton?

For those who join the Hackathon for the first time, here is what you can expect:

 

1. Apply individually or in teams (max. 4-5 members) using the link below.

2. The teams have 24 hours to develop an MVP in the given topics.

3. Bring your sleeping bags; we will sleep in the office. Food, drinks, all the equipment and a good mood are granted😎

 

4. You have the chance to consult with professional mentors and ask for some help.

5. The teams present the MVP to an external professional jury in 10 minutes.

6. Finshape will develop the WINNING team's solution!

Create cutting-edge digital banking features or services powered by Generative AI. Alternatively, devise tools that enable banks to customize our digital banking platform with ease or accelerate the delivery of digital banking projects without compromising quality.

Develop a Generative AI application that fosters employees' professional development, enhances their well-being, and streamlines daily tasks, thereby making our company an even better place to work.

FAQs

Can I/We receive any technical guidance?

You may use any LLM. You can integrate an LLM via API or construct your application using off-the-shelf applications. Finshape will provide access to the OpenAI API, which is available for use, though not mandatory.

 

Each team will be allocated one OpenAI API key. Budget Allocation: There is a spending limit of $100 per team.

The Langchain framework is an option, however, with a significant learning curve: https://python.langchain.com/docs/get_started/introduction 

 

Teams can use any open-source model but should be conscious of performance and GPU usage.

 

We advise downloading and testing open-source models before the start of the challenge.

What are the submission requirements?

Each team must submit a working prototype/demo of their application.


Each team is expected to explain the rationale behind their chosen use case, including the factors that influenced their decision, and also provide a list of other ideas they considered but rejected.


Each team is required to outline their concept, technology stack, and the potential impact on our company or the digital banking sector.

 

This should be formatted as a presentation, for which any software tool may be utilized.

What are the presentation requirements?

The demonstration should be concise, not exceeding 10 minutes.


The Q&A session lasts 5 minutes.


Please note that the list of discarded use cases should not be included in the live demo.

You will be provided with a form to submit this information at a later stage.
